Adult Fitness

Next Level Performance Morning Workout Class combines custom workout design with the high energy environment of a group fitness class. Participants can train in an upbeat total body workout while individualized assessments and coaching allow each client the focus they need to reach their goals. Benefits from this program include increased cardiovascular fitness plus improvements in total body strength, muscle tone, posture, bone mass, and daily energy. For more information and to register:

Group fitness:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday classes are group fitness classes. 

Adult Small group training:

Tuesday and Thursday classes will change to small group training. These classes will be 4-7 participants.



Group fitness classes

$199 a month for unlimited classes group fitness classes. This means that you can come to as many Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday classes as you want.

Small Group Training – 

$240 a month for unlimited small group training classes. This means that you can come to as many Tuesday and Thursday classes as you want.

Drop in option:

M/W/F/Sat – $30

Tu/Th – $35
